- Pre-spray
Upholstery will be initially sprayed with a specialist solution that gets to work immediately breaking down the grease and grime within the carpet. This procedure greatly enhances the cleaning effect. It applies a similar principle to soaking difficult to clean dishes before you try to wash them. It makes the whole process more effective. - Hot water extraction
Hot water extraction is considered by upholstery manufacturers to be the most effective way of deep cleaning. Hot water (heated up to 80 degrees) is applied into the fabric at pressure along with specialist cleaning solutions and then immediately extracted into a holding waste tank that is later disposed of. A twin vacuum high powered extraction machine is used that reduces drying time to around 2-3 hours. - Stain removal
Upon completion of the hot water extraction any marks on the upholstery that haven?t been removed will be treated with various stain removal products. The type of stain will affect the product used. It must be noted that although every attempt will be made to remove marks and stains it is not possible to guarantee all stains can be removed. Factors including type of stain, texture of fabric and the length of time the stain has been on the fabric will all play a part in determining the outcome of removal. - Sanitizer and Deodorizer
Once the upholstery has been fully cleaned it is sprayed at no extra cost with a deodorizer and sanitizer that leaves it smelling fresh and germ free! - Scotch Guard stain protection
Last but not least the upholstery will be treated with Scotch Guard stain protection free of charge. This will give you the peace of mind that your newly cleaned upholstery is well protected for future use.
