- What times to you offer your carpet cleaning service?
I provide a service between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Saturday. - What areas do you cover?
I cover London (generally north of the river) and Hertfordshire. - Do you have a minimum charge?
My minimum charge is £50. - Are there any additional charges to the carpet cleaning service?
The London congestion charge and any parking fees will need to be paid by the customer if applicable. - Is anything required by the customer before the carpet cleaning takes place?
Please remove any small items from the floor and keep as much of the space clear for the carpet cleaning. Any larger items, such as sofas and small tables, can be moved by my self. Very large items, such as wardrobes will probably have to stay to remain put. - How long do the carpets take to dry?
Drying time will depend on the type of the carpet. The longer the carpet pile the longer the drying time. As an average, it is around a 4 hour drying time - What methods of payment do you accept?
For new customers only cash is accepted. For repeat customers cheques are then accepted.
