What times do you offer your cleaning services?

I provide a service from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.

What areas do you cover?

I cover London (generally north of the river) and all of Hertfordshire.

Do you have a minimum charge?

My minimum charge is £60.

Are there any additional charge?

If applicable, the London congestion charge and any parking fees will need to be paid by the customer.

Do i need to do anything prior to your arrival to clean the carpets?

Please remove any small items from the floor and keep as much of the space clear for the carpet cleaning. Any larger items, such as sofas and small tables, can be moved by my self. Very large items, such as wardrobes will probably have to stay to remain put.

How long do the carpets take to dry?

Drying time will depend on the type of the carpet. The longer the carpet pile the longer the drying time. As an average, it is around a 4 hour drying time.

What payment methods do you accept?

For customers using my service for the first time only cash is accepted. For repeat customers cheques are then accepted.
