Chemical free cleaning process

All carpet and upholstery goes through a three stage cleaning process as standard ensuring the very best possible results.

1) Pre-spray

All the carpets will be initially sprayed with a DFC 105 (see product details below) that gets to work immediately breaking down the grease and grime within the carpet. This procedure greatly enhances the cleaning effect. It applies a similar principle to soaking difficult to clean dishes before you try to wash them. It makes the whole process more effective

2) Hot water extraction

Hot water extraction is considered by all carpet manufacturers to be the most effective way of deep cleaning carpets. Hot water (heated up to 80 degrees) is jetted into the carpet at pressure along with DFC 105 cleaning solution and then immediately extracted into a holding waste tank that is later disposed of. A twin vacuum high powered extraction machine is used that reduces drying time to around 2-3 hours.

3) Stain removal

Upon completion of the hot water extraction any marks on the carpet that haven't been removed will be treated with various stain removal products. The type of stain will affect the product used.

Please note, due to the nature of certain stains a chemical based product may be required to remove it. The customer will be consulted on the matter and no product will be applied without consent. Any product applied however will be completely removed afterwards with the hot water extracter leaving no chemical trace.

It must be noted that although every attempt will be made to remove marks and stains it is not possible to guarantee all stains can be removed. Factors including type of stain, texture of carpet and the length of time the stain has been on the carpet will all play a part in determining its removal.
